Customer Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chibaobao mobile application, website, and delivery services ("Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

2. Use of the Platform

• You agree not to misuse, hack, or interfere with the platform.
• You may only use the platform for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Orders & Deliveries

• Orders are subject to merchant availability.
• Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.
• Delivery partners (riders) operate as independent contractors.
• Once an order is placed and prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Payments

• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method upon checkout.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Abusing riders, merchants, or customer support.
• Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Chargeback abuse or payment fraud.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chibaobao is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or merchant-related issues unless legally required. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

7. Account Suspension / Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abusive behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of the latest version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in Penang.
