Rider Terms of Use

These Rider Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Chibaobao Rider App and delivery services operated by Chibaobao Technology Sdn Bhd. By registering as a rider, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rider Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must hold a valid Malaysian driving license.
• Your motorcycle must be insured and roadworthy.
• You must legally be allowed to work in Malaysia.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may not share your rider account with others.

3. Use of Platform

• You may accept or decline orders freely.
• You must follow the app’s instructions for order handling.
• Misuse, fraud, or tampering with the platform is prohibited.

4. Rider Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver orders safely, on time, and in good condition.
• Maintain hygiene and professionalism at all times.
• Handle food properly and avoid contamination.
• Respect customers, merchants, and Chibaobao staff.
• Report accidents or delays immediately.

5. Earnings & Payouts

• You earn per completed delivery and according to promotions.
• Payouts can be withdrawn once per day.
• Withdrawals are processed within 2 hours.
• Chibaobao may adjust rates or incentives with notice.

6. Incentives

Incentive programs may be introduced in the future. Eligibility and requirements will be communicated when available.

7. Safety Requirements

• You must follow all traffic laws.
• Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
• Riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

8. Suspension or Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for misconduct, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
• You may request account closure anytime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chibaobao is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during delivery activities. You are responsible for your own safety and vehicle insurance.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Penang.
